Who we are
TDBA Online Camp (basketballvideos.net) is operated privately in the United States by the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy. Contact: teddy@teddydupay.com.
What we collect (very little)
- An email address — only if you type one in. That is the only personal information our forms collect, and we use it to send you news and offers about the TDBA Online Camp and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy programs and products.
- Traffic and advertising measurement. Our host (Cloudflare) provides aggregate statistics (visits, pages, countries). Our pages also load two outside tools:
- Google Analytics (Google). It uses cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site: the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), the kind of device and browser you use, and the site that sent you here. Google may also use its advertising cookies with it.
- The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here and actions you take (for example, joining a list), together with your device and browser details and Meta's cookies. We use it to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may also receive a copy of the same events through a server it provides for this.
Payments
If you make a purchase, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
How your email is stored and used
- Addresses are stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
- We never sell your data.
- We email about the TDBA Online Camp and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy programs and products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies, ads and your choices
Third parties, including Meta and Google, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on this site to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.
- Opt out of ads based on your activity: aboutads.info/choices (United States) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
- Google Analytics: Google's opt-out browser add-on. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Your Google ad settings: myadcenter.google.com.
- Meta: how Meta uses cookies, and your choices: facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in its settings. The site still works without them.
Business transfers
If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.
Unsubscribe / deletion
Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write teddy@teddydupay.com from the address in question. We keep your information on file, and once you unsubscribe it is marked do-not-send, so we do not email you again.
Children
Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted an address, write teddy@teddydupay.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
